The Artists
The Consortium is its artists. While we strive to produce high quality works of art, to elevate the public discourse, and even to market our artisanal services, none of that could happen without the talent, the ambition, and the dedication of our incredible artists.
We understand that, and the goal of the Consortium is to recruit and retain world-class artists across every medium. We exist to provide them the opportunities, the resources, and the relationships they need to perform at their highest potential.
The Mastery Paths
As an employer, the Consortium provides its artists with something resembling a traditional career path, including a small amount of supervision and a lot of opportunities for advancement. Master artists direct the work of Journeymen, who teach enthusiastic Apprentices and coordinate the volunteer work of dedicated Hopefuls.
